Tagged Boy Scouts Of America size 36. Overall good condition with heavier wear throughout. The material is a stretchy material possibly a Nylon but definitely not itchy wool. The elastic still has some stretch. Drawstring at the waist. Button pocket. I did not wash or clean this item before listing.
