Viet Nam War Viet Cong Divisional Battle Flag.   Translates to "Peoples Army for the Liberation of the South, Underground Forces Rise Up, 1967".   Captured by a trooper from the U.S. Army 503rd Airborne Infantry, 4th Battalion, after the famous battle of Dak To, which was fought from 11/3 to 12/1 1967.  U.S. forces defeated North Vietnamese forces, driving them back into Laos and Cambodia. The 503rd Airborne received a Presidential Unit Citation for bravery during the battle.  U.S. losses were 289 KIA, with NVA KIA estimated at 1,644.   It is in excellent condition, and measures approximately 27" x 36".   It is two thicknesses of silk.   There was some kind of adhesive or double sided tape that held the banner to the display board, shown in the last 5 photos.  It is flexible, and probably removable.  I served in Viet Nam from '69 to '70.  Shipping is a flat .65 Priority in the US.
