    30s vtg CELLULOID SCOTTIE WESTIE DOG PIN handpainted terrier polka dot bow
    Super cute 1930s handpainted ivory-white celluloid Westie dog wearing a red and white polka dot bow.  Pinback is a simple hook and pin marked "FABRIQUE AU JAPON".   The pin was a Japanese import to France on original plaid trimmed card. Dog is 1-3/4" high.  Old Paris stock and never used, no damage.
