PLEASE NOTE-for ANY AND ALL returns, refunds, wrong orders, discrepancies on your order:   We are always here to assist in any problems. Please note that your order will be vacuum packed. We place your foam in a heavy plastic bag and suck all of the air out. Then we wrap the bag in clear cellophane and then cardboard to protect your order. We do this to save shipping costs. Do not be alarmed if your package looks strange or small, it is completely normal. Please open your package immediately. Acoustic foam may take up to 48 hours or longer to fully expand back to its original shape. Large orders may require additional time to expand to original shape.
