We place your foam in a heavy plastic bag and suck all of the air out. Then we wrap the bag in clear cellophane and then cardboard to protect your order. We do this to save shipping costs. Do not be alarmed if your package looks strange or small, it is completely normal. Please open your package immediately. Acoustic foam may take up to 48 hours to fully expand back to its original shape. Large orders may require additional time.
We  may require photos of your product, and photos of  the package it was sent in. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
WE have this policy due to a high rate of fraud on eBay and this is the only way to protect ourselves!!!   We ship many orders direct from the manufacturer and if we have a discrepancy on your order they also will require photos. DO NOT THROW AWAY PACKAGING until you are sure your order is correct.
