Our foam is specially made to withstand elements like harsh, direct lighting, the physical contact of manual handling, and of course, sound waves. Unlike other brands, our soundproofing foam will never crumble or harden, so the only cleaning required is the occasional vacuuming of dust. You can trust that our foam will remain soft and in sound acoustical condition for years to come
All our soundproofing foam is cut and angled with nearly 100 percent accuracy, leaving you with clean, squared edges. Unlike other companies that manufacture irregular, jagged or mismatched edges, our foam can be aligned perfectly with the next piece to provide professional uniformity in your installation.
Unlike some products from other companies, our foam is truly colorized and not surface-painted, ensuring uniformity. This quality color is designed to resist light, humidity, temperature, sweat and cigarette smoke.
NOTE: All colors, especially lighter ones, will change over time depending on environmental factors. This is a trait of all polyurethane foam products.

There are no returns on Acoustic foam, due to the sanitary nature of foam. Foam absorbs moisture, it attracts hair and dust and other contaminants like smoke.
Any returns due to error will need to be verified with photos of the packing label which the box was delivered, along with photos of the actual foam.
Returns due to errors will have return postage paid by us.
Any authorized returns for other reasons, such as customer changes mind will be charged to cover the original shipping to the customer. The does not apply if you return your item.
Any authorized returns for other reasons must be in original packaging and in sellable condition as it was received.

PLEASE NOTE-for ANY AND ALL returns, refunds, wrong orders, discrepancies on your order:   We are always here to assist in any problems. Please note that your order will be vacuum packed. We place your foam in a heavy plastic bag and suck all of the air out. Then we wrap the bag in clear cellophane and then cardboard to protect your order. We do this to save shipping costs. Do not be alarmed if your package looks strange or small, it is completely normal. Please open your package immediately. Acoustic foam may take up to 48 hours to fully expand back to its original shape. Large orders may require additional time.
Please call or text customer service . You can send photos there or just send them here with your complaint.
We  WILL require photos of your product, and photos of  the package it was sent in. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
WE have this policy due to a high rate of fraud on eBay and this is the only way to protect ourselves!!!   We ship many orders direct from the manufacturer and if we have a discrepancy on your order they also will require photos. DO NOT THROW AWAY PACKAGING until you are sure your order is correct.
