Vintage Bakelite hand tool.
has screw on cap.
tip is pointy, but not hat pin pointy, more like an awl, but not strong enough for a real awl, so I am not really sure what exactly this is!
Handle and tool are straight.  Cap is a bit screwy and possibly partially broken so it goes on crooked, but it definitely screw on a bit.
