DISCLAIMER: We do not offer returns due to sanitary reasons. Acoustic foam is easily contaminated with hair, sweat , smoke and other airborne particles. We only offer returns on incorrect orders. Please consider this return policy before you purchase. Any returns must be approved before mailing and will receive an RA mail-back label via email. Please contact us BEFORE you attempt any returns through eBay, or your return may not be honored.
All acoustic foam orders are vacuum packaged to save on postage. Please do not be alarmed if your package looks small or misshapen, this is normal. Your order of acoustic foam is placed in a thick clear plastic bag, then all the air is vacuumed out.  Then this bag is wrapped in cellophane to protect the foam. This bundle is wrapped in cardboard and shipped.
Please open packaging as soon as possible  without cutting inner layers and take off the cardboard. Unravel the cellophane (there is a bunch) until you get to inner bag. Next step is untie the bag and open it up. Your foam will expand faster if you separate the pieces by hand a bit. Keep the bag for safe storage of acoustic foam until you are ready to install. You may need to allow 24-48 hours for some foam products to return to their normal shape. Sometime foam puts off an odor...this is normal, it actually means your foam is freshly cut! Any odor that may be present will dissipate within a few weeks.

We ship acoustic foam orders direct from the manufacturer and if we have a discrepancy on your order they also will require these photos.
DO NOT THROW AWAY PACKAGING until you are sure your order is correct.
