Thanks for viewing this listing for a vintage pocket military 50 Star flag as shown.
Interestingly there are lots of these on eBay in the 48 star variety but I do not see any with 50 stars....so maybe rarer than its predecessor??
Looks like silk...tested by trimming off a small piece of fuzz and heating with flame in spoon and it did not melt.  If nylon it would have melted and definitely not cotton or wool
